Q: Can I pay with cash, check or credit card?
A: We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept all Master Card and Visa branded debit cards. However we currently do not accept personal checks.

Q: How far is your office from major hospitals?
A: We are located within 15-30 minutes drive to 4 major regional hospitals. Our doctors are currently on staff at St. Mary’s Medical Center and Lower Bucks Hospital. Please see chart below for additional information and directions to the local hospitals:

Q:Are your Obstetricians and Gynecologists doctors available for emergencies 24 hours per day and 7 days per week?
A: Yes our doctors are on call 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Call coverage is for emergencies only (please contact the office during normal business hours for prescription refills and non emergency questions). Please note that if you do have an emergency, you should not wait for the on-call doctor to return the call – dial 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.
Q: Do you have any evening or weekend hours?
A: We do have 1 evening per week when appointments are available until 8:00PM. Currently this evening is Wednesday, but you may want to check with our scheduling staff for best appointment times. Also, please check with the office – some limited Saturday morning appointment hours may be available. We are usually open for appointments every 2nd Saturday of the month. Finally – consider an early morning appointment – appointments start at 8:00AM every Friday.
Q:How do I make an appointment?
A: Call our office during business hours at 215-322-3022 and speak with one of our scheduling assistants or use the appointment request  form on this web site.
Q: Can I e-mail a doctor?
A: If you have a question – you can e-mail the doctor at doc@CompleteOBGYN.com, but keep in mind that for most issues an appointment will be required.
Q: Does your office perform abortions?
A: No we do not. You may want to contact a local office of Planned Parenthood for this type of information. To contact Planned Parenthood you can call 1-800-230-PLAN
Q:How quickly can I schedule an appointment and what is the wait time when I come in?
A: Most appointments in our office are scheduled within 5-7 days of your call, but we are always able to accommodate any emergency visits. When you come into the office, the average wait time will be 15-30 minutes.
Q: Is there anything special that I need to do for my first appointment?
A: Please try to obtain your medical records from the prior OBGYN practice. They may charge you a nominal fee for your records, but this will help us best to address any future issues you may be seeing with your health. Also, please try to come in 10-15 minutes before your first appointment’s actual scheduled time to fill out some required paperwork. Finally, please make sure that you have a form of id (drivers license, etc.) and any insurance cards with you – we will need to make photocopies of these ids for our records.
Q: When is my co-pay due?
A: Your co-pay must be paid before you are seen by the doctor. We accept cash, credit and debit cards for your co-pay payment.
